Terms and Conditions

1.Subject and provider

SpeedyJob.ai is a platform for automated job searching in Switzerland: it collects jobs from several sources, calculates their compatibility with your profile, offers artificial intelligence tools for CVs and letters, and lets you send applications and manage the replies. The service is provided by PIXAWEB sagl, Cantonale 19, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland.

2.Registration and account

• An account is required to use personal services. You must be at least 16 years old and provide truthful information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.
• Each person may hold only one personal account. Company accounts are reserved for persons authorised to represent the company.

3.Services offered

• Search and aggregation of public job offers, with a compatibility score from 0 to 100.
• CV analysis, a version optimised for Swiss ATS systems, cover letters and AI-generated job summaries.
• Sending applications through the cv_proposta@speedyjob.ch mailbox and managing replies in the inbox («Busta»).
• Email notices about new jobs, reminders and company replies.
• The Genius.ai assistant for general information on the Swiss labour market.

We strive to provide a continuous, high-quality service but cannot rule out interruptions due to maintenance, updates or problems with third-party providers.

4.Applications through SpeedyJob

• Applications are only sent at your explicit request and contain the CV and message you choose.
• Companies receive the application from cv_proposta@speedyjob.ch; your personal contact details stay hidden until you decide to share them.
• When the company address is not stated in the offer, the SpeedyJob team may forward the application manually.
• SpeedyJob does not guarantee that a company will reply, invite you to an interview or hire you.

5.AI-generated content

You must check them for accuracy and completeness before use. Genius.ai information on contracts, salaries, permits or social insurance does not replace advice from a professional, a trade union or the competent authorities.

6.Artificial intelligence usage limits

Every AI request has a real cost. To keep the service fast for everyone and prevent abuse, the following limits apply:

• Visitors without an account: up to 20 full job offers; the others remain visible as a preview. Personal AI features (CV, letters, analyses) require an account. Job summaries and translations and Genius.ai are available with hourly protection limits per connection address.
• Free trial and limited version: up to 20 AI actions per day per account.
• Subscribers: up to 100 AI actions per day per account.

What counts as an AI action: uploading and analysing your CV, compatibility analysis with an offer, cover letter, offer comparison, interview preparation, contact extraction and translation of free text. Not counted: searching and viewing offers, job summaries and translations. Swiss ATS Fix is paid with JOB credits and is not part of the limit.

• The counter resets every day at midnight (Swiss time).
• Once the limit is reached, AI features are paused until the next day; all other features remain available and there is no extra charge.
• We may adjust the limits to ensure service quality or prevent abuse. Changes that are unfavourable to subscribers are notified as described under "Changes to the terms".
• Creating multiple accounts or using automated systems to get around the limits is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.

7.Prices, subscriptions and credits

• Some features are free, others require a subscription or credits. Plan prices and contents are shown on the platform in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.
• Payments are handled by a secure payment provider. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time: access remains active until the end of the period already paid. Amounts for periods already started are not refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.
• If an application fails to send for technical reasons, the credits used are refunded.

8.User obligations

You agree to:

• upload only truthful CVs and information that you are entitled to use;
• not use the platform for spam, mass mailings, or unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content;
• not attempt to access other users' data, circumvent security measures or extract data automatically;
• comply with Swiss law, in particular on data protection and unfair competition.

In case of breach we may suspend or close the account, without notice in serious cases.

9.Companies and third-party offers

Offers come from companies and third-party public sources. We check them automatically but are not liable for their content, accuracy or the companies' decisions. Companies that publish offers or reply to candidates undertake to process the data received only for recruitment and in compliance with the FADP.

10.Intellectual property

The SpeedyJob.ai brand, software, design and texts belong to PIXAWEB sagl or its licensors. Your CV and content remain yours: you grant us only the non-exclusive, limited right to process them in order to provide the service.

11.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, in particular Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, we exclude liability for damage resulting from slight negligence, service interruptions, lost job opportunities and third-party or AI-generated content. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains reserved.

12.Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.

13.Term and termination

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. You can close your account at any time by writing to info@speedyjob.ch. Your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email or on the platform. If you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect; continued use counts as acceptance.

15.Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Lugano, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
